Agilisium, a leader in the digital transformation space, helps businesses embrace cloud technologies like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and harness the power of data to drive digital transformation, optimize operations, and make data-driven decisions in today's competitive landscape.
Spearheading the marketing efforts at Agilisium, Jay and Rajesh had a clear goal - to make the online presence stand out! The existing website and social media creatives fell short of conveying their desired youthful and bold nature.
They came to us to uplift the brand's identity and create a website that is not shy of being colourful in an industry where most sites are corporate-looking.
In addition to the visual overhaul, we needed to enhance the 50+ pager website's user experience and streamline navigation to make it easier for visitors to find the information they were seeking. We conducted a thorough analysis of the existing flows. With a user-centric approach, we reimagined the website's architecture and implemented intuitive navigation menus and clear calls-to-action.
We worked closely with the content team for strategy. Following an iterative approach, we created and refined the wireframes to ensure an optimal user experience and seamless integration of content with the design elements. This close collaboration was necessary to make the website's content informative, engaging and visually appealing.
Youthful, energetic and colourful yet professional. We chose the visual elements to reflect this.
We simplified the illustrations to match the visual identity while maintaining core concepts.
We leveraged a combination of elements to create the design system in line with Agilisium's visual identity. The chosen font, Poppins, adds a modern and professional touch to the designs while providing excellent readability across different devices and screen sizes.
Round elements like buttons and icons add a playful and approachable aspect to the UI. The primary blue looks professional, and the sparingly used accents (red, yellow and green) add the required pop.
Migrating a big website from a different platform comes with its challenges, the biggest one being the potential impact on SEO. We did a thorough analysis of the existing site's structure, content, and functionality and created url structures accordingly. 301 redirects were setup so there was no loss of SEO from archived pages.
On the frontend, Webflow interactions played a pivotal role in enhancing the visual pop of the designs and adding an interactive layer to the overall user experience. We employed entrance animations to introduce content sections in an eye-catching manner, revealing them as users scrolled down the page.
The mobile experience was a top priority during the design stage and Webflow development to ensure seamless usability and optimal user engagement on mobile devices. The design team took a mobile-first approach and carefully crafted responsive designs that adapt fluidly to different screen sizes and orientations.
Additionally, we levereged Webflow's visual development tools for precise control over element placement, spacing, and interactions specific to mobile devices.
Once the Agilisium website was launched, we worked with the marketing team to create new landing pages with the primary goal of increasing conversions. The marketing team provided valuable insights into the target audience, key value propositions, and desired user actions for each landing page.
Working closely with the marketing team, we analyzed user behavior and gathered data to identify areas for improvement. Using this information, we iteratively designed and developed new landing pages and social media creatives that focused on engaging visitors and driving conversions.
